The project includes proven safety enhancements and a mix of physical improvements, planning and educational efforts for a community disproportionately impacted by traffic crashes.

The primary objective of this project is to rehabilitate 1.7 miles of the major roadway City Terrace Drive. The project includes pavement resurfacing, curb ramp upgrades, roadway resurfacing, bus pad repair, traffic signal work (i.e., the addition of new signalized intersections, existing signal upgrades) parkway improvements, and new bike lanes.
